Welcome to

NEXT HUMAN

get inspired by the future of health and humanity

Live longer. Live clearer.

For most of history, the length of a human life was the whole story. That story is changing. The real question now is not how long we live, but whether those years are healthy, clear, and connected or anxious, and buried in information that is supposed to help but mostly adds noise.Next Human exists to make that difference. We bring one serious voice a researcher, a clinician, an institution doing real work to a wide audience, every week. Not to sell a miracle. Not to chase a trend. To replace one outdated rule with a better one, and to leave you with a single decision you can act on.We call this Old Rule / New Rule: what we used to believe,
what the evidence shows now, and what to actually do about it.
This is not a wellness brand, and it is not a lifestyle brand for people who already have everything. It is infrastructure a dependable place to come back to, built to last as long as the extra years it is helping people navigate.

HOW WE WORK

Next Human Sessions:A weekly, broadcast-quality conversation with one serious voice in science, medicine, or research. Every episode ends in one question and one decision. The Newsletter:A written companion to every episode the Old Rule / New Rule breakdown, in depth, delivered weekly.Institutional Partnerships:Next Human works directly with the universities, research institutes, and clinics doing the underlying science, as guests, as knowledge partners, and over time, as collaborators on live events and further formats.Where we start:Next Human begins in Europe and the wider DACH region building real partnerships with the institutions doing the work, before this goes further. Everything is produced in English from day one, so the work is globally accessible while the foundation is built close to home.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is biological age and why is it important?

Biological age reflects the state of your body and systems—not the number of candles on your cake. Lowering it can lead to more energy, better health, and longer life.

Is Next Human for experts or beginners?

Both. Whether you’re new to longevity science or already experimenting with biohacking, we offer tailored content for every level of curiosity and commitment.

How is NextDate different from regular dating apps?

It’s the only dating platform that uses biological markers and AI to match you based on long-term compatibility — not just looks or interests.

Who curates the video interviews?

Our editorial team collaborates with leading voices in biotech, neuroscience, wellness, and AI to deliver deep, meaningful conversations.

How does the AI Curator learn what I need?

You interact with it by sharing your interests, goals, and curiosity. Over time, it adapts to recommend only the most relevant, thought-provoking content.
